Dwarf Gourami

Dwarf Gourami
Colisa Lalia

Length: 2.0"
Sex: Males are more colorful with a pointed dorsal fin.
Feeding: Omnivorous. Feed flakes and algea tablets.
Social Behaviour: Peaceful fish. Occaisonally a male will be a bit of a "bully"

Up Keep: Recommend 20 gal. tank with plenty of plants, some should be floating plants.
Breeding: Bubble nest builder. Raise the water temperature and lower the water. Remove female after spawning and remove male about two days later.
Comments: I have four dwarf gouramis. Two male and two female. They are the most fun to watch of all the fish in my tank. They are curious and like to go all over checking out the tank. One of my males is a little bit of a "bully so I have two females to distract him and keep things under control.
